SSP is a program based on the work of Dr. Stephen Porges. It is a listening program that provides gentle and specific stimulation to activate the neural pathways used in the processing of sensory information. With the use of this listening program, neural connections in these pathways are strengthened and new connections are established through repeated sessions of multisensory input, allowing the nervous system to adapt and find safety in one's environment more easily.
An excellent program for those with anxiety, and/or ADHD.
